Head- Leah Forbes
Leah is from Belmar, NJ and the head of the entertainment committee. Leah participates in Squan-a-Thon as much as she can because it's for a great cause and it's lots of fun! Participating in Squan-a-Thon has been the biggest highlight of Leah's high school career.
Dana Harriman
Dana is a funny girl who enjoys watching netflix in the winter and sitting on the beach or sailing in the summer! Dana loves being a part of the Squan-A-Thon committee because it makes her feel a part of something that is bigger than herself!
Tucker Caccavale
Tucker Caccavale comes from a family of 6. He is known around the district from his good looks and his astounding personality. Tucker's main goal in life is to maintain his strong work ethic. He applied for a committee spot for Squan-a-Thon to help the fight against cancer, after it took the life of his Uncle Walter.
Sarah Lembo
Sarah is a senior at Manasquan High School and lives in Brielle. Living where she does, one of her favorite things to do is go to the beach with her friends. She also loves traveling, laughing, and reading really good books. Sarah will be attending a four-year university come the fall and hopes to pursue graduate school later on. Sarah decided to join Squan-a-Thon because ever since she was little she has had had big dreams for herself. She believe that everybody should be able to achieve their dreams. Children with cancer do not always have this opportunity and it really is a shame because who knows what these kids might accomplish in their lives. Squan-a-Thon allows Sarah to try and help more and more kids beat cancer and live out their dreams.
MaryKate Otchy
MaryKate is the youngest of her family and lives in Manasquan. She enjoys going to the beach in the summer and doing outdoor snow activities in the winter. She love playing with my dog Luna! MaryKate has big dreams for her future and intends to graduate from a college or university within the next four years. She decided to join Squan-a-Thon not only to help others in need, but because of personal experiences that changed her outlook on life. People with cancer pray for what most of us take for granted, such as the ability to eat food and walking around, socializing with friends and family. To MaryKate, it is important to be a part of the Squan-a-Thon journey because children affected by cancer are fighting for their lives every day.
